  • How do I log in?
    Click the "Login/Sign Up" button on the top navigation Type your email address and password. Click the sign-in button. You will be redirected straight to the TrulyFit homepage.
  • How do I log in with Facebook SSO?
    Click the "Login/Sign Up" button on the top navigation You will be redirected to a sign-in page Click the "Login with Facebook" button on the bottom left of the page
  • How to Login with “Remember Me”?
    Scroll over the "My Account" button at the top of the page Select "logout" from the drop-down menu.
  • How do I log out?
    Click the "Login/Sign Up" button on the top navigation Type your email address and password. Check the "Remember me" box Finally, click the sign-in button.

    Name, Password, Address, etc) TrulyFit will then send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided which is also your sign-in name.
  • How to Signup with Facebook SSO?
    Click the "Login/Sign Up" button on the top navigation Click the "Sign Up" button ovn the right side of your screen. Select the "Sign Up With Facebook" button to the left
  • How to print a waitlist sheet?
    Once into the backend select the proper class from the left side of the page Then click on the blue "class" button on the top right side of the page and select "print waitlist sheet"
  • How to View Schedule?
    There are multiple ways to achieve this: Click on either option under the Workout tab on the main menu.
    Select any of the options (except "buy credits") from the "shop now" menu Select the "book now" button under the site's main image.
  • How to View Schedule By Instructor?
    Select the "Find your coach" from the main menu. You can now filter or simply scroll through to select an instructor. The instructors’ listed schedule will be at the bottom of their bio page.
  • How to View Schedule By Class Type?
    Access the calendar using any of the routes discussed in "view schedule" how to Now you can use the "switch room" and/or "find by type" filters to select your desired option.
  • How to View Next Week's Schedule?
    While on a schedule page, click the blue arrow on either end to toggle through weeks
  • How do I check my previous credit used?

  • How do I contact Trulyfit if there’s an issue?
    Visit the page. At the bottom part of the screen, click on the chat icon Fill out the information needed then click the yellow button to send.

  • How to attend a virtual class after signing up?
    Please go to your email account associated with your login and there will be a Trulyfit email with the corresponding link inside your virtual session.
  • How do I join as a professional?
    Join As a Pro : You must first register as a regular user via the sign-up form. Once you logged in, click the "For Pros" on the menu tab.
    At the bottom part of the page click the drop-down button for "Pick your Specialty" Click "Sign Up" Then one of our representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • How will I know what's next after reserving a class?
    You should receive an email from Trulyfit with a link to a class if it's virtual or information about the session if it’s on-site.
  • How to choose a Coach?
    Find By Coach : Log in to "https://Trulyfit.
    app" using log-in and password Click "Workouts" on the menu tab Click "Find your Coach" of the coach that you chose To book the coach, simply click the "Book" button. To contact the coach, click the "Contact" button.

  • How to Refer A Friend?

    Recipient Name, Personal Message, etc.) Click "Submit"
  • How to Invite Guests?
    Log in to "https://Trulyfit.
    app" using log-in and password Scroll over "My Account" from the lead menu and select "Attendance" from the drop-down Click "refer a friend" or "invite a guest" next to the service and fill out the requested information.
  • Book A Guest retroactively with a user who does NOT exist in the system.
    (A service must be booked prior to using this feature) Log in to "https://Trulyfit.
    app" using log-in and password Scroll over"My Account" from the lead menu and select "Attendance" from the drop-down Click "refer a friend" or "invite a guest" next to the service and fill out the requested information. If they do not have an account we will help get them set up.
  • Book Guest or Invite Immediately After Purchasing :

    class, training) that you desire You will then immediately be redirected to the "My Attendance" page where you can "invite a friend" or "book a guest"
HOW TO BOOK
  • Personal Training On-Site (In-person) / Book a single spot in-person training(ie. Personal Training) :
    Log in to "https://Trulyfit.app" using log-in and password Click the "Shop Now" button located in the right-hand corner of the screen. Select a personal trainer on-site from the drop-down.
    Choose your desired training session then click the "Reserve" button
  • Personal Training Online (virtual) / Book a single spot virtual training (ie. Personal Training) :
    Log in to "https://Trulyfit.app" using log-in and password Click the "Shop Now" button located in the right-hand corner of the screen. Select a personal trainer online from the drop-down.
    Choose your desired training session then click the "Reserve" button.
  • Personal Training session :
    Log in to "https://Trulyfit.
    app" using log-in and password Click "Workouts" on the menu tab Click "Personal Training" Choose your desired training session then click the "Reserve" button Note: You may change the class type and by clicking the "Switch Room" and "Find Type" button.
  • Group Class (which requires booking a spot within a room) :

    app" using log-in and password Click "Workouts" on the menu tab Click "Group Fitness" Choose your desired training session then click the "Reserve" button Pick your spot in the room from the available slots.If you do not have the proper credit amount/type you will be redirected to purchase them. Note: You may change the class type by clicking the "Switch Room" and "Find Type" button
COACHES
  • How do I sign up?
    Sign-up for coach/user is initially the same. Click the "Sign Up" button on the right side of your screen. Fill out the requested information (i.e. Name, Password, Address, etc).
    Using the login name/password created, sign in. Once signed into the site go to the "For Pros" tab in the main navigation. Scroll down the page and select your service. If you do both group/personal pick either one. Our team will receive your request and get back to you via email listing the step by step process to logging into your virtual shop. Through this admin backend access, you will be able to control your virtual shop including your bio, schedule, profile photo, and more.
  • How do I set my schedule?
    Once into the backend click on "scheduler" from the main navigation. You can click "month" or simply see the week-to-week standard calendar view provided.
    Click on the settings wheel next to any day and select "Add class" from the drop-down menu. Fill out the requested/appropriate information and finalize by saving changes. You can repeat this process to fill out the schedule and use features such as "duplicate" (see in later how to) which are located in the settings wheel drop down as well.
  • How do I add a class?

  • How to clear my schedule?

    Click on the settings wheel next to any day and select "clear day" from the drop-down menu. If "clear month" is your preference make sure to change the calendar view to month and select the settings wheel drop-down in the top right corner to find "clear month".
  • How do I duplicate my existing schedule?
    Once into the backend click on "scheduler" from the main navigation. You can click "month" or simply see the week-to-week standard calendar view provided.
    Click on the settings wheel next to any day and select "dupe day" from the drop-down menu. If "dupe month" is your preference make sure to change the calendar view to month and select * the settings wheel drop-down in the top right corner to find "dupe month".
  • How do I send an email to my class?
    Once into the backend select the proper class from the left side of the page. Then click on the blue "class" button on the top right side of the page and select "email class".
  • How to cancel a class?
    Once into the backend select the proper class from the left side of the page. Then click on the blue "class" button on the top right side of the page and select "cancel class".
  • How to print a Sign-in Sheet?
    Once into the backend select the proper class from the left side of the page. Then click on the blue "class" button on the top right side of the page and select "print sign in Sheet".
  • How to print a waitlist sheet?
    Once into the backend select the proper class from the left side of the page. Then click on the blue "class" button on the top right side of the page and select "print waitlist sheet".
  • How do I check my attendance log?
    Once into the backend select the proper class from the left side of the page. Then click on the blue "class" button on the top right side of the page and select "attendance log".
  • How to view a customer's info?
    Once into the backend select the proper class from the left side of the page. Then click on the blue "class" button on the top right side of the page and select "customer info".
  • How to add a new customer?
    Once into the backend select the blue button "+ New Customer". Fill out all the requested necessary information and save.
